Power grids, especially those connected to unstable sources of energy generation from renewable sources, mainly photovoltaic and wind farms, require very precise stabilization. It is not only a matter of balancing surpluses or shortages of energy mass, but above all the matter of stabilizing the network, both internal, i.e. on the side of the energy producer or recipient, and external, i.e. on the side of the energy distribution operator. This requires very extensive and precise electronic solutions dedicated to energy systems. Our company deals with precisely such hybrid systems.

The Value-Added Services for power grids have also been extended to include financial services, hence the name of our Group is VASCO (Value-Added Services CAPEX Operator). The correct distribution of electricity in grids where RES systems operate requires very in-depth and precise knowledge, as it is necessary to deal with such problems as balancing electricity generation and demand, improving the quality of electricity, ensuring the continuity of renewable resources, protecting the grid from overload and providing auxiliary services such as frequency and voltage regulation. In these services, we are supported by the most modern hybrid energy storage technologies with a response time of 0.02 seconds, i.e. in a 1 Hz cycle. Classic solutions are able to respond to changes in network parameters in over 5 seconds, which very often leads to serious failures, called BLACKOUTs. We cooperate with the most modern renewable energy research laboratories such as CB KEZO IMP PAN.

The challenge of a safe and stable power grid, which has different technical parameters practically every second, both on the side of generation, distribution and consumption, is extremely complex.
